Coupon sale terms

1. These terms govern Load Qpon and purchases of its digital coupons. You must be legally able to enter a contract. By placing an order, you accept this version of the terms and are responsible for accurate order details and keeping your account secure.
2. Qpons are denominated in the currency you select, at the value shown at checkout. Payments are handled by a payment processor under its own terms. A verified successful captured payment automatically queues the Qpon for issuance. Any additional charges must be disclosed before payment.
3. Provide a valid CORE ID that you control or are authorized to use. After successful payment is confirmed, your digital voucher with the selected amount and currency is automatically queued for issuance to that ID. Payment confirmation is separate from voucher delivery; issuance remains pending until the voucher is issued. If you provide an incorrect ID, recovery is impossible and the funds are lost.
4. Coupons must only be used for eligible lawful digital products and services. They must not be used for VPN or SMS services, pornography, gambling, money laundering, scams, fraud, or any illegal activity. Do not circumvent payment controls, claim a Qpon twice, or interfere with the service. A voucher is not legal tender, a bank deposit, an investment, or a promise of investment returns.
5. For a failed payment, unused coupon, mistaken order, refund request, or disputed charge, contact support with your order reference. Requests are reviewed against the payment status, issuance status, provider rules, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Do not assume an issued voucher can be reversed.
6. Keep your account secure. Service availability and voucher processing can be interrupted. We may suspend misuse and investigate disputed payments. Intellectual property remains with its owners. Liability is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. We process order details to deliver the service and investigate payment issues. Optional email is used for transactional receipts. See the privacy policy. Updates apply to future purchases; the terms version accepted with each order is recorded.
